Our goal is simple: We want YOU to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. ZUMBA® integrates some of the basic principles of aerobic, interval, and resistance training to maximize caloric output, cardiovascular benefits and total body toning. The cardio-based dance movements are easy-to-follow steps that include body sculpting, which targets areas such as gluteals, legs, arms, core, abdominals and most important muscle in the body, the heart. An average of calories burned in a one-hour ZUMBA® class can be between 500-750 calories!!
